  1. Sedentary Lifestyle: One of the leading causes of heart attacks in young people is a sedentary lifestyle. The lack of physical activity and excessive time spent sitting or lying down can lead to obesity, high blood pressure, and increased levels of unhealthy cholesterol. Encouraging regular exercise and reducing sedentary behavior is crucial in preventing heart attacks.
  2. Poor Diet: Unhealthy eating habits, such as consuming a diet high in processed foods, saturated fats, and sugar, contribute to the risk of heart attacks in young individuals.   4. Stress Management: Practice stress management techniques such as exercise, meditation, deep breathing exercises, and engaging in hobbies or activities that promote relaxation.
  5. Regular Check-ups: Schedule regular check-ups with a healthcare professional to monitor your heart health, especially if you have a family history of heart disease or other risk factors.
